A short anecdote

It was another day in Kosmi's life.

A simple morning where the sequence of events that followed immediately after he woke up went by too smoothly. So much so that it seemed unnatural.

Kosmi wasn't too bothered about it. He had an agenda. The agenda was to be less pissed with this world he lives in, which may be different from the world we live in, whichever way you put it.

Kosmi leaves things to the last minute because he doesn't have an organiser. An organiser where you pen down the events that's gonna happen next in your life. He doesn't even have a pen.
See, Kosmi is a funny person. He stares into the blank TV screen for no apparent reason and he brushes his teeth on his bed. He makes funny noises when he's alone, like the ignition of a motorcycle engine, like saying 'ah' while holding his breath for as long as possible; the volume increasing exponentially towards the end.

Yes, that very day after the events that followed, after he bathed and he powdered and put on perfume, he was ready to step out of his place. The events that are going to follow thereafter was not to be expected.

After 10 storeys down the stairs and a hundred and forty-seven footsteps away from his residence, Kosmi realised he left a part of him back up. Slowly, he felt that he was getting quite pissed. Slowly, he calmed himself down and convinced himself to retrieve that part of him he left in his house.

Kosmi was pleased that he was not that pissed with the world afterall. He got back together and step out of his place for the second time, thinking that the events that followed was to be expected and how wrong he was.

He walked to the bus stop at a comfortable speed. Too comfortable for you and me. He didn't know whether it was comfortable, he just felt comfortable.
The instance the sole of his right foot was 1cm off the ground and twenty-one steps away from the bus stop, bus 56 drove past him in a equally, almost intentionally comfortable speed, hopping away like a little girl teasing others with the lollipop that some stranger gave to her which she will eventually eat it and develop tooth decay 3 years on.

Kosmi was that little boy watching, envious but helpless.

He felt that anger rising again. The world was pissing him off again. Just when he was about to scold fuck, he remembered his agenda. He convinced himself it was no big deal waiting for another bus. He convinced himself not to fret about his forgetfulness which led to time wastage and resulted in the mess he was in. He succeeded.

Kosmi later hopped on to another bus 22 5 min later.

Bus 22 somehow caught up with the bus 56 for no reason. Kosmi alighted and boarded.
He was a happy man and he truly got less pissed with the world after that incident.

You actually brush your teeth in bed?? That's disgustingly lazy.
