holiday fever

Jose Mourinho's man has really got it going at Chelsea. First there were all the 1-0s, then as he predicted, the thrashings came. 4-0 and 4-1s to Blackburn, West Brom then Fulham. They WILL win this year's EPL and I don't think Arsenal may even come close. Frank Lampard suddenly looks like a champion, his attacking skills, astuteness, vision and shooting is reminiscent of the old Paul Scholes. He never seems to lose his touch nowadays, this ridiculously good form will no doubt carry him through the season. Contender for player of the year definitely. Claude Makelele, the old horse who has also won almost everything that has to be won as a player covers the already inpenetrable defence. On current form and potential, their midfield has to be the best. Damien Duff, a EPL player for many seasons still manages to fool opponents with his penetrating runs, trickery and skills. Arjen Robben is thinking like he's the next Johan Cruyff, slicing defences with his darting runs and possesses a venemous left foot. It's like having Ryan Giggs and Cruyff in the same team.
Petr Cech is keeping Carlos Cudicini out of the side. Two world class keepers in the same team. Enough said. John Terry at Chelsea is like Tony Adams at Arsenal, a potent weapon at set-pieces, strong and commanding at the backline. Ricardo Carvallho is living up to his tag as the best defender in Euro 2004. William Gallas is already a veteran in the premier league.
The front man? Didier Drogba has yet to impress despite all the hype. Eidur Gudjohnsen isn't really your type of a world class striker that Chelsea needs though he's still a very very strong and powerful striker. I'm putting my money on Serbia and Montegreno foward Mateja Kezman to score big in the English scene. It's still early times as he is not getting enought chances but he'll eventually come good. Afterall he was from PSV Eindhoven who has housed the best strikers the world has seen : Romario, Ronaldo, Ruud Van Nisterooy. With his prolific scoring rate at PSV, dun bet against him scoring the goals for Chelsea in the near future.
So why is this whole post about Chelsea and football? Football morons wun understand what i'm talking about. Oh well, nevermind. Man U no hope so dun let Arsenal win the title la.
I do agree with my good friend about my literacy naivety and so i'll work on it. If you're a betting man, bet against Man U cos they really suck now.
I'll tell you what i think about the world and life some other time.

Whoopee. That post made no sense to me whatsoever. Being a Singaporean, I will therefore conclude that it is too chim. But you seem to have had fun writing it, so good for you.

okay, after a VERY slow re-read (I was really bored, ok?) it's starting to make some sense to me. Maybe you need more paragraphs; after all, that's what newspapers use to make their stories more palatable to the eye.
